Concierge Services for Principal Investigators and other Program Officials
The objective of our Concierge Services (CS) is to minimize the administrative burdens for Principal Investigators (PIs) managing sponsored projects and other key players managing a project or grant award. CS serves as a bridge between points of contact and administrative offices at educational institutions, grants offices, etc to help manage and monitor program budgets, ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and administrative requirements, resolve outstanding issues, and be a liaison or advocate. CS can also advise on resources available to help navigate the various stages of the project process or direct inquirers to the appropriate tools or point of contact for answers to specific questions.
